I checked out the fine print on this unbelievably too good to be true system.
Amongst all the rhetoric, hoopla, and bull crap I found this.
CIF Real-time recording option for smooth video playback: 30 FPS per channel (480 FPS total), Playback resolution: 352x240.
30 FPS per channel times 16 channels (480 FPS total) would be a perfect slam dunk.
However at 352x240 postage stamp size thumbnail frames now that is very misleading.
D1 Recording option for a larger video image size is 7.5 FPS per channel (120 FPS total), Playback resolution: 704x480,
7.5 FPS appears to be the true quantitative quality not 30 FPS.
This could be a new high in how low can you go.
Also monitor VGA Resolution: 1280x1024 excellent.
Camera specs and resolution are conspicuously avoided.
By the way you can get over 200 MPG by adding one of my magic pills to each tank of gasoline.
Results may vary depending on type of cargo plane and deployment altitude.
Just say no.
Unless you can hook up a camera, test it out for quality, and in disappointment return it free of charge.

Bottom line is you need lots of computer power, speed, and video for PC games. You can spend more on your video card than some will spend on the PC itself. The balance between thriftily disappointed and extravagantly hoodwinked is the economically satisfied target of our intention. Keep in mind that technology travels at the speed of light so your investment today in high tech is becoming outdated within a year. You might want to plan ahead for someone to donate your new gaming computer to next year.
There is only one rule for buying a gaming computer and that is to keep your eye on Processor, Memory, and Graphics and if a little more speed or memory costs a lot more don’t go for it.
You can buy a computer preassembled or as I like to do play the game of building a kit. Preassembled you get instant gratification and a guarantee from the company that puts it together for you (dell) provided you do not change anything. Change any of the hardware or software and they will void your warrantee and ability to seek help. If you buy a computer preassembled you can not work with the individual manufactures of the components or cards (eviga, nvidia, intel, soundblaster) they will refer you back to the company that puts it together for you.
Assembling your own is a unique experience and your guarantee come from the individual manufactures of the cards and components. I found it an educational wonderland and even though it cost more it was worth the education. I will say having already educated myself with assembly and considering some of the new preassembled computer prices I will now forgo the assembly process.
The prices, urls, and specifications change every day. Before I could finish posting this thought of wisdom to advise would be gaming computer buyers a computer became available at Sams for $800 using a $200 off coupon. It is loaded with 07 a 3 GHz processor, 4 GB of memory, quality graphics, and lots of storage. In short this new information would render the rest of my last weeks information in the cost a lot more for a little more category but as I have spent so much time searching and comparing I will post the soon to be obsolete data.

The bottom line is that surge protection is an insurance policy. Most likely you will never get a return on your investment in cash but some comfort in fulfilling an obligation to protect your electronic equipment. No mater what you do if it’s your turn the lightning will get you. The more you have to protect the more protection you need. Buying a surge protector without any specifications would not comfort me in spite of the fact that most of the technical jargon is pointless.
The least important protection device is the hole house indoor service panel surge protector. I could not find a significant difference in the specifications of most models and comfortable with my selection. Play the odds 20% of 30,000 to 1 that a $300 investment might save X$ and aggravation. Provided all incoming lines originating outside, including electrical, telephone, cable, and antenna lines are also surge protected. The lightning rod is extra but after all that you got to protect your protection.
More importantly is the point-of-use surge protection. If the choice is sacrificial shunt protection it should be with a protection working light and with a thermal fuse protection component. The big question is do you want inexpensive dominant technology with sacrificial shunt to restore power after the surge even though you will no longer be protected from the aftershock or upgrade to power off after surge.
Secondly can you afford the benefit of a series surge filter that can repeatedly eliminate damaging surge energy and noise and a must decision and expense if the power must be restored after the main surge as is the case with some computers and servers that are generally kept operational 24 7.

Basic Surge Protector Information

Basic Surge Protector Information
A service entrance surge protector can provide some protection from the 20 percent of surges originating outside a house, but not the 80 percent of surges which originate within a house.
The point-of-use plug-in protection should also be used with each piece of sensitive equipment.
The dominant technology is sacrificial shunt mode, it can reach end-of-life after only a single large surge, in a power surge, and all of the excess energy of the surge is diverted by a MOV, causing it to get hot. Shunt requires a "protection working" light or power off protection, once the protection has been destroyed by a power surge the outlets are controlled to no longer provide power until the damaged power strip is replaced. Thermal Fuse Protection is because MOVs heat up several hundred degrees after dissipating a power surge so there is a potential for the surge protection device or material surrounding to catch fire.
The second type is plug-in point-of-use series surge filter and can repeatedly eliminate damaging surge energy and noise. Series mode protection operates in series with the hot wire and works by passively blocking the surge voltage rather than by dissipating energy when absorbing the diverted surge. Combination shunt series Surge Protector Filters are best.
All incoming lines originating outside, including electrical, telephone, cable, alarm, and antenna lines should be surge protected.

Bandwidth, Internet Speed, Web Cams, Net Movies
Bandwidth, Internet Speed, Web Cams, Net Movies.
Internet bandwidth/speed is measured in information per time (KBps) thousand bits per second and ranges from slow 20KBps to 100 times faster 2000KBps. Keep in mind that you are not sold Internet speed. You are sold a limitation to a maximum speed and the more people on line the less bandwidth you have available and consequently the slower the Internet speed you get.
Any internet speed (available bandwidth) will eventually communicate data. Sometimes speed is a luxury not a necessity as in you can wait 5 hours for a movie to download and then watch it. However for live broadcasts, video phones, conference, and other broadband communication the internet speed is a necessity and a minimum internet speed is required for satisfactory results.
Programs (software) and hardware give limitations on the operating system 07, the minimum speed of the processor 3 GHz, and the minimum amount of memory 8 GB required for functioning properly. However minimum internet speeds in somewhat ambiguous because you never really know what you are getting. The point is that if you have dialup forget about it. With $20 intermediate service do not expect your quality web cam or the net view on line movies to produce satisfactory results. Even with $30 High speed broadband claims you may find yourself limited to off peck hours for the available bandwidth you need to get quality continuous streaming video service.
MacAfee speed test will give you some idea about your internet speed at one moment in time. Repeated a few times you will get a better interpretation of your available internet speed. Repeated at different times of the day it will reveal the times of high usage and the resulting insulting very slow internet speed you get from your internet provider. An internet provider does not distribute bandwidth equally and your street can be significantly slower than the next block, mostly due to amplifier location per volume of accounts.
Have some awareness of the internet speed you are paying for and getting. Check the internet speed before buying a web cam or joining a net movie service. If your web flicks or web cam is working some or most of the time then the interference, interruptions, distortions, frozen images are defiantly due to the lack of internet speed you are getting from your internet provider. Internet speed should be check before assuming the problem is with the hardware, software, or computer.

*We use the internet to communicate data (emails, attachments, documents [100 KB], images [4 MB], music [5 MB], programs [10 MB], video clips [100 Mb], movies [1 GB] and HD movies [2 GB]).
*Live broadcasts, video phones, conference calls, streaming videos, web flicks, and other broadband communication data are instantaneous and therefore bandwidth/internet speed dependent.
*We use Formats like Analog, MP3, JPEG, and PDF to utilize, code, or compress information.
*We use Programs like word, media player, or adobe to open or format the information.
*In some cases the same program must bet used by both parties to send and open an attachment and that’s why you can not open some attachments you do not have the program to read the format

The frequency of the earth’s rotation around the sun is 1 cycle per year, the moon cycles its phases once every month, and the earth rotates on its axis one cycle per day. The frequency measured in vibrations, rotations, Hz, or cycles ranges of from one bazillionth of a cycle per bazillion millennia to a bazillion cycles in a bazillionth of a microsecond. Common frequencies to us are the audio range (bandwidth) that we hear and the light spectrum (bandwidth) we see.
To help see the meaning of bandwidth I will use light as an analogy. Light itself is an unknown entity. That is to say we know what it does and how it reacts under different circumstances but not if it is a wave, particle or what exactly. We know how it reacts to gravity, time, space, and other forces. We know how it is focused, reflected, and that a spectrum of colors results from visible light passing through a prism. We have mathematical formula to describe the phenomena of lights activity but still uncertain as to what light actually is.
We know about light and we consider the spectrum bound by and to include the infrared and ultraviolet range of frequency. They infrared and ultraviolet bandwidths (range section segment) are still considered light even though undetected by our eyes. The point is that we with our vision detect a limited bandwidth of the total light spectrum (defined bandwidth). Each color we detect is a smaller bandwidth of the visible light spectrum which is in turn is a limited bandwidth of the complete light spectrum that includes the lower infrared and higher ultraviolet bandwidths. We can narrow the bandwidth of visible light (light spectrum) to a single color or as in a laser beam to one frequency.
The audio spectrum of vibrating sounds we hear is bound by a bandwidth (frequency range) of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz. As laser beam is to light a tone is one frequency of the audio spectrum. As colors are to visible light an Octave is a limited bandwidth within the audio spectrum.
Basically the entire frequency spectrum is divided into bandwidths with titles like Audio waves, Ultrasonic, Intermediate, Radio, TV, Light, Micro, X-rays, and Gamma-rays to name a few. Frequencies slower than light are commonly referred to as waves and faster than light are referred to as rays. We have mathematical formula to describe rays activity but still uncertain as to what rays actually are.
